Junior Recruiter / HR Generalist

About the role

Unilabs is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter / HR Generalist to join its HR team in Switzerland. You will support the full employee lifecycle, combining talent acquisition with day‑to‑day HR operations in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned positions, from job briefing to offer.
• Draft, publish and promote job advertisements on appropriate channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate assessments and advise hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage relationships with external agencies.
• Oversee onboarding activities, including employment documents, work permits and system entry.
• Handle off‑boarding, prepare exit documentation and update HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and work certificates.
• Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries and support managers on policies.
• Assist HR Business Partners with operational projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• HR Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience covering recruitment and administration.
• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment practices.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience using Oracle.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
