About the role

Blockstream is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Head of HR EMEA and global HR teams to attract top technical and business talent, delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience while shaping hiring strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as a strategic talent partner, owning hiring outcomes across EMEA and contributing to Blockstream’s scaling plans.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for highly technical and business‑critical roles, building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role scope, hiring criteria, and long‑term talent strategy.
• Own recruiting performance metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, quality‑of‑hire) and use data to continuously improve the process.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting experience in high‑growth, international technology environments.
• Proven success hiring complex technical profiles (engineering, infrastructure, security) across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Experience managing cross‑border hiring complexities and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach with strong sourcing depth and ability to operate autonomously in a remote‑first organization.

Required skills

• Experience with Ashby or similar ATS systems.
• Familiarity with recruitment automation tools.
