Key Account Manager – Immunology (Switzerland)

About the role

UCB is seeking a Key Account Manager specialized in Immunology to join its commercial team covering Central and Eastern Switzerland. You will engage dermatologists in both office and hospital settings, promoting newly launched immunology therapies and building lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with office‑ and hospital‑based dermatologists and key account stakeholders.
• Plan, organise and execute educational events in collaboration with the Medical Science Liaison and internal teams.
• Implement strategic and tactical account plans to meet territory objectives.
• Utilise face‑to‑face and digital channels to communicate product benefits and gather market insights.
• Document activities and outcomes in the CRM system and provide regular reports to the First Line Manager.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of field strategies.

Required profile

• Medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical or scientific education.
• Minimum three years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in immunology.
• Proven expertise in strategic account planning.
• Team player comfortable working in cross‑functional environments.
• Fluent in German with good English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for activity tracking and reporting.
