Key Leader – German Speaking (Stockroom Lead) – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a German‑speaking Key Leader to oversee stockroom and floor operations in its Zurich store for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on retail execution, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales‑floor team, providing coaching, feedback and career guidance.
• Plan and manage floor coverage, ensuring optimal staffing and operational efficiency.
• Deliver technical product education to guests and support omnichannel services such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store.
• Handle guest inquiries, returns and escalations, aiming for swift resolution.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate updates across the team.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment that celebrates diversity.

Required profile

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail leadership or stockroom management.
• Ability to motivate teams, manage performance and recognize achievements.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
