About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) joins Properti’s Inside Sales team in Zürich, focusing on early‑stage leads and building the first point of contact with potential clients. This fast‑paced role balances high volume outreach with a quality‑first mindset, turning each interaction into a trust‑building opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Engage inbound and early‑stage leads generated through marketing and lead‑generation tools.
• Conduct well‑prepared outreach via phone, email and messaging to understand client needs and intent.
• Qualify opportunities, capture accurate lead data in the CRM, and hand over qualified prospects to senior agents with clear context.
• Utilise internal AI‑driven tools to improve outreach efficiency and quality.
• Continuously improve performance through feedback, coaching and iteration.

Required profile

• Strong conversational talent and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and spoken German, Italian and French (English is a plus).
• Resilient and self‑motivated in a high‑volume, target‑driven environment.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Curiosity about real estate, data and high‑performing sales teams.
• First experience in sales or client‑facing roles is welcome but not mandatory.
