Knowledge and Information Manager

About the role

The Knowledge & Information Manager will shape and continuously improve Sika's technical knowledge and product data landscape, ensuring critical know‑how and business data are structured, governed, and accessible through innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) and related knowledge platforms.
• Build and maintain a centralized technical knowledge repository.
• Capture, structure, and preserve technical know‑how and best practices from global and local stakeholders.
• Define standards, processes, and governance for technical documentation and product data.
• Drive product data quality initiatives and establish clear ownership models.
• Analyze technical and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and adoption of digital and AI‑based solutions.
• Partner with Technical, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to implement scalable knowledge and data management processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Management, Knowledge Management, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years experience in knowledge management, data management, technical documentation, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and Product Information Management (PIM).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
