Knowledge Management and Communication Contractor

About the role

The United Nations Office at Geneva is seeking a Knowledge Management and Communication Contractor for its Beyond Lab. The contractor will support the strategic integration of behavioural science across the initiative, delivering high‑quality communications, knowledge products, and project coordination over a six‑month period starting November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of clear, visually coherent materials such as presentations, workshop guides, one‑pagers, and stakeholder updates.
• Design and maintain knowledge‑management systems to capture insights, lessons, and outputs for internal and external audiences.
• Support coordination of activities, track progress against timelines, and manage logistics for key convenings.
• Leverage AI tools to automate drafting, knowledge management, stakeholder tracking, and recurring communications workflows.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in communications, knowledge management, behavioural science, public policy or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in project coordination, knowledge management, communications or stakeholder engagement in an international or multilateral context.
• Strong written English skills with ability to translate complex ideas into accessible materials.
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or another UN language is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑enabled productivity tools for automation and content generation.
• Experience designing and operating knowledge‑management platforms.
