Lead Cross Enterprise Solutions & Integration

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to head a cross‑functional team that delivers integrated data, analytics and HR solutions across the enterprise. The role focuses on simplifying processes, improving data quality, and ensuring reliable releases while supporting dormakaba’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap and operating model for cross‑enterprise services covering Data, Analytics, HR solutions, integration and automation.
• Build and lead a high‑performing, customer‑centric team of internal staff and partners.
• Own global reporting architecture, ensuring consistency, benchmarkable figures and adoption of standards.
• Establish and maintain enterprise data governance, MDM standards, lifecycle rules and quality controls.
• Provide solution architecture guidance from assessment through implementation for all business applications.
• Drive process integration, intelligence and automation as shared services.
• Synchronize enterprise release planning, manage change, and validate post‑release outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate decisions to business, IT and security stakeholders worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise data, analytics, HR solutions or integration.
• Strong background in data governance, MDM and solution architecture.
• Experience managing large‑scale releases and change management.
• Ability to set strategic direction and translate it into actionable delivery models.
