Lead - Logistics Procurement Excellence

About the role

As Lead Logistics Procurement Excellence, you will build and scale the Logistics Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Global Supply Chain team, reporting to the Head of Distribution & Logistics Procurement. The role drives operational maturity across logistics procurement, fosters synergy between logistics and other indirect procurement categories, and establishes best practices that enable the company to scale efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the CoE roadmap, giving the team the right tools, processes and governance.
• Partner with IT, Marketing, Facilities and other indirect categories to find cross-category cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Create and standardize internal policies, SOPs and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Build a sourcing toolkit with standardized RFP templates, negotiation playbooks and contract management standards.
• Act as business partner for indirect procurement technology (Coupa), driving adoption and automating reporting and processes.
• Hold regular meetings with Finance, IT and Legal to align on global goals and compliance.
• Own the logistics procurement KPI dashboard, provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis, and train team members on procurement tools.
• Identify optimization opportunities, build data-driven business cases and drive sustainable cost savings.

Required profile

• 5+ years in procurement excellence, category management or project management in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to run root-cause analyses, build data-driven business cases and influence executive stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a strong plus.

Required skills

• Hands-on use of modern procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba or similar platforms.
• Expert proficiency in MS Office.
