Learning & Pedagogical Advisor

About the role

The Learning & Pedagogical Advisor supports students at EHL by designing personalized learning strategies that align with their academic and professional goals. Working within the Hospitality Business School Operations department, the advisor helps students become autonomous, analytical learners while contributing to the school’s mission of excellence in hospitality education.

Key responsibilities

• Identify core personal and professional skills required at each stage of the student journey and promote self‑directed learning, critical analysis, and problem‑solving.
• Guide students in developing analytical thinking, applying effective learning techniques, and overcoming academic challenges.
• Define key performance indicators and success metrics to monitor the impact of learning strategies.
• Track students’ academic performance, derive data‑driven insights, and adjust learning plans accordingly.
• Provide structured guidance for establishing and maintaining productive study groups.
• Collaborate with the Academic Office to create an inclusive learning‑support vision, forming dedicated working groups and communication channels.
• Deliver individual coaching sessions and tailor support to diverse learner profiles.
