About the role
Join one of Switzerland’s leading financial institutions as a Legal Counsel, providing pragmatic and business‑oriented legal advice across banking products, services, strategic projects and complex legal matters.
Key responsibilities
- Provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal advice on banking products, services and strategic projects.
- Manage litigation, debt recovery and other complex or sensitive legal proceedings.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university and admission to the Swiss Bar.
- Initial post‑qualification experience in the financial sector, an in‑house legal department or a leading law firm.
Required skills
- Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English; German or Italian is a strong advantage.
