Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts (4‑5 months)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our client’s team in Zug for a 4‑5 month assignment. You will provide day‑to‑day legal support across commercial and corporate matters, ensuring contracts are sound and risks are managed.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Support contract management and conduct legal risk assessments.
• Advise on general commercial and corporate legal issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties on cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 4‑8 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial contract law.
• Previous in‑house experience is highly preferred.
• Confident in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and German.
