Legal Counsel – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

You will join a thought‑leading in‑house legal team that provides high‑quality, pragmatic legal advice across the organization. As a passionate, mission‑driven individual, you will help develop an industry and accelerate the journey to net zero.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory to accelerate delivery of high‑quality services.
• Negotiate and draft agreements across the Climeworks Group, acting as the primary corporate law expert.
• Support commercial partnerships and a variety of legal and commercial matters to achieve company objectives.
• Coordinate external legal support and design scalable, cost‑effective legal operations.
• Ensure alignment of purpose and work between client groups and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with solid background in corporate law, finance, commercial contracts and business transactions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment; fluent in written and spoken English (German a plus).
