About the role
Exciting opportunity in the Energy & Infrastructure sector for a bilingual lawyer to join a dynamic in‑house legal team supporting a Swiss company and its subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Advise business teams and projects on a broad range of legal matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts with customers and partners.
- Handle regulatory, public law and competition law questions.
- Manage legal disputes and represent the company before authorities and courts.
Required profile
- Swiss bar admission.
- At least 4 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably with both law‑firm and in‑house exposure.
- Solid expertise in contract law; experience in energy, infrastructure or regulated industries is a plus.
- Full professional fluency in German and French, including legal terminology.

- Knowledge of energy and infrastructure sectors (optional).
