Legal Executive

About the role

The Legal Executive will support the legal department in ensuring the company operates within the law and minimizes legal risks. This position involves handling a wide range of legal documentation, compliance matters, and coordination of litigation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and vet legal documents such as agreements, contracts, MOUs and NDAs.
• Prepare and manage property‑related legal paperwork, including title searches, due diligence, agreements and registrations where applicable.
• Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates and consultants on various matters.
• Track and manage ongoing litigation and legal cases, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Maintain legal records, documents and MIS reports.
• Assist in contract negotiations and provide legal advisory support.
• Handle statutory compliance and related documentation.

Required profile

• LLB degree.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal instruments.
• Familiarity with property‑related legal processes (if applicable).
• Ability to work with external legal counsel and manage litigation files.
