Legal Intake Specialist – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support. Working remotely from Switzerland, you will combine client service, communication, and consultative skills to understand callers' needs, qualify opportunities, and connect them with the right legal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing suitability for available legal services.
• Schedule consultation appointments while meeting weekly booking and conversion targets.
• Complete intake documentation accurately in legal CRM systems.
• Follow up with potential clients, answer pre‑consultation questions, and maintain engagement.
• Manage sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Participate in call reviews and coaching sessions to improve intake quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transfer of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in legal intake, client relations, or administrative roles within a law‑firm environment.
• Strong consultative communication skills and ability to build trust with potential clients.
• Professional, detail‑oriented, and able to handle sensitive personal situations.
• Excellent spoken English with a warm, confident demeanor.

Required skills

• Experience with legal CRM platforms (e.g., Lawmatics) or similar intake management tools.
