About the role

The Legal Procurement Specialist supports sourcing and supplier management for professional services, ensuring that legal and compliance needs are met while delivering value and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support sourcing and supplier management activities across professional services categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Manage supplier selection processes, including market assessments, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Analyze commercial proposals and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value creation.
• Support the negotiation and management of commercial agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in legal services, legal operations, compliance, consulting, supplier management, procurement, or professional‑services environments.
• Experience managing suppliers, professional service providers, or complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in an international, fast‑paced environment is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Law, Business, Economics, Procurement, Compliance or a related field.
