Legal & Regulatory Specialist – Digital Assets (80‑100% Hybrid)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing consulting firm at the forefront of FinTech, DLT and crypto. As a Legal & Regulatory Specialist you will support financial intermediaries and corporate clients in navigating Swiss and international regulations for digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise financial intermediaries on regulatory and legal matters related to digital assets.
• Establish companies for clients and guide them through licensing applications.
• Support M&A transactions, prepare legal opinions, assessments and FINMA non‑action letters.
• Assume director mandates and coordinate with supervisory authorities.
• Contribute to JayBee’s development, share ideas and support overall company growth.

Required profile

• University degree in law with at least one Swiss qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial market regulation, preferably in Switzerland.
• Strong understanding of LegalTech solutions and blockchain technology.
• Business‑fluent English; knowledge of a Swiss national language is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
