Legal Strategist

About the role

Omnilex is looking for a Legal Strategist to bridge law, product and engineering. You will embed legal expertise directly into the product team, shaping how the AI‑driven platform automates high‑impact legal workflows for Swiss law firms and corporate legal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and customers to identify and prioritize legal use cases for automation.
• Analyse real client cases, translate them into clear product and workflow requirements.
• Define how Omnilex’s AI should handle specific legal matters, ensuring solutions reflect actual lawyer practices.
• Educate the engineering team on Swiss legal processes, terminology, court practices and regulatory updates.
• Act as an internal legal champion, guiding product decisions with strategic legal insight.

Required profile

• Legal background with experience in Swiss law, law firms, corporate legal departments or LegalTech.
• Ability to explain legal concepts to non‑lawyers and think strategically about workflow automation.
• Proactive ownership of outcomes and strong collaboration skills with technical teams.
• Structured, practical mindset and enthusiasm for shaping a product that improves legal work.
