About the role

Join Climeworks' thought‑leading in‑house legal team to provide high‑quality, pragmatic legal advice across the organization and help accelerate the journey to net‑zero.

Key responsibilities

• Legal Advisory – provide high‑quality, pragmatic legal advice across the organization and devise measures to accelerate service delivery.
• Corporate Legal Support – negotiate and draft agreements for the Climeworks Group and act as the primary point of contact on corporate law matters.
• Commercial Partnership – work on a variety of legal and commercial matters to support the company’s objectives.
• Legal Operations – coordinate external legal support and design scalable, cost‑effective legal processes.
• Stakeholder Alignment – ensure alignment of purpose and work between client groups.

Required profile

• Passionate, mission‑driven individual eager to help accelerate the journey to net‑zero.
• Qualified lawyer with solid background in corporate law, finance, commercial contracts and business transactions; experience in employment law, technology transactions, public policy or project finance is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Efficient, reliable working style with strong financial literacy and business mindset.
• Curious about technology and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluent business English; German fluency considered a plus.
