Link Building Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Link Building Specialist to join our partner’s remote SEO team in Switzerland. The role focuses on executing data‑driven outreach campaigns that acquire high‑quality backlinks and improve client search rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant prospects and websites for link‑building campaigns.
• Qualify sites to ensure alignment with client SEO strategies.
• Execute outreach processes, including email outreach and follow‑ups.
• Onboard new websites into internal systems and outreach workflows.
• Upload and maintain accurate data in email tools, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
• Manage and update outreach performance data and ensure consistent reporting.
• Respond to operational communications and support campaign coordination.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience using G‑Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or similar platforms.
• Ability to follow structured processes with precision.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, headset and microphone.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort handling high‑volume, repetitive, metrics‑driven tasks.
