Live-In Governess (French & English) - Geneva & Gstaad

About the role

A private household with locations in Geneva and Gstaad is looking for an experienced live-in governess fluent in French and English. The role covers home organization, staff management and personal assistance, and is expected to start in December 2023.

Key responsibilities

• Home organization: arrange and organize the residence and keep the house, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas impeccably maintained.
• Staff management: oversee the maintenance team and monitor the daily work of each employee.
• Personal assistance: organize the wardrobe, liaise with the family's main office, pack and unpack luggage with the help of on-duty staff, and assist the personal shopper and assistants.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing household staff and valet services, including previous work as a governess.
• Rigorous, discreet, trustworthy and structured personality.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Willing to travel, including spending 3 months in Gstaad.

Required skills

• Computer literate, familiar with basic software.
