About the role
A full-time, permanent Logistics Manager position based in Geneva, Switzerland, with approximately 40% international travel. The role oversees regional entities, drives strategy and business development, and ensures strong commercial, operational and financial performance. Start date is as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional and country-level strategies.
- Monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Support and coach local management teams.
- Ensure effective operating procedures, procurement, financial controls and risk management.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Report key results and developments to senior management.
Required profile
- At least 10 years' experience in logistics, including inland logistics.
- Strong financial analysis, negotiation and multicultural team management skills.
- Independent, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
