Logistics & Quality Coordinator

About the role

Sunflower Labs is seeking a practical and organized Logistics & Quality Coordinator to support its manufacturing operations. The role involves hands‑on management of stock, incoming goods inspection, material preparation, shipping, and daily logistics, reporting to the Manufacturing Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory, organise the stock room and perform regular stock checks.
• Receive deliveries, verify quantities against purchase orders, and conduct basic inspections of mechanical and electrical components.
• Document non‑conforming material and coordinate resolutions with Manufacturing, Purchasing and suppliers.
• Prepare customer and supplier shipments, perform final quality checks, pack products and arrange domestic and international transport.
• Support continuous improvement of material flow and logistics processes, identifying recurring issues and proposing solutions.

Required profile

• Practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Experience with an ERP, MRP or inventory‑management system.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and basic technical understanding.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavier boxes and familiarity with forklift operation (licence advantageous).
• EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.

Required skills

• ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Odoo, Aligni).
• Basic use of measuring tools such as calipers, gauges or multimeters.
• Forklift operation.
