Luxury Travel Designer

About the role

Sparfell Lifestyle, part of the Sparfell Group (private aviation and yachting), designs bespoke travel and lifestyle experiences for private families, family offices and entrepreneurs. It is looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Designer to join its Geneva team in a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Design and organise tailor-made journeys for a demanding private clientele, from first request to return.
• Build itineraries combining luxury hotels, villas, private experiences and logistics.
• Handle requests quickly and precisely, often at short notice.
• Work closely with partners and with the group's aviation and yachting teams.
• Look after and develop client relationships.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in a luxury travel agency and/or high-end concierge.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel networks and destinations.
• Fluent French and English (essential).
• Ability to work at pace without compromising on detail, discretion, sound judgement and a genuine sense of service.
• Flexibility in line with the expectations of an international private clientele.
• A plus: experience in luxury cruises, villa and chalet rentals or private aviation, airline fares and ticketing knowledge, and an existing client portfolio.
