Maintenance Excellence Expert (80-100%)

About the role

You will shape and continuously improve maintenance strategies across technical assets and production systems in a cutting‑edge sterile drug product facility. Working on a greenfield project, you will collaborate with planners, service providers and cross‑functional teams to drive reliability, data quality and asset availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance maintenance strategies for HVAC, utilities, automation and fill‑finish equipment.
• Establish maintenance plans, spare‑parts strategies and master data management for new and existing assets.
• Drive maintenance excellence through KPI monitoring, work‑order management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with planners, technicians, engineers and quality teams to ensure effective scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
• Provide system training, troubleshooting support and technical guidance while maintaining high‑quality asset data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in maintenance engineering, planning or reliability management.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP PM for maintenance planning and asset data management.
• Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English (professional).
• Technical education in engineering or related field with solid understanding of equipment reliability and continuous‑improvement methods.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑changing environment with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
