About the role
As a Major Account Manager for the public sector, you will lead large, complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions to federal and local government customers in Switzerland.
Key responsibilities
- Drive consultative selling to identify business challenges and propose Palo Alto Networks solutions.
- Develop and execute a detailed territory plan with accurate forecasting and clear goals.
- Leverage prospect stories to build compelling, account‑specific value propositions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the portfolio effectively.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling complex, SaaS‑based security or networking solutions, preferably SASE.
- Track record working with federal and local government customers in Switzerland.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand how products solve business problems.
- Excellent autonomy, time‑management, and ability to follow a structured sales process.
