Manager, Business Development & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Manager, Business Development & Marketing to support our growth initiatives at Howden Private Wealth. You will work closely with key partners to drive sales, gather market intelligence and execute outreach activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement with key partners to drive sales activities and business penetration.
• Gather marketing intelligence, monitor market trends and assess partner penetration levels.
• Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and client outreach activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with Howden partners to promote our wealth solutions.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for business development and marketing projects.
• Ensure compliance with company and group policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, marketing or business development, preferably with knowledge of life insurance or high‑net‑worth (HNW) markets.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, mature and driven to achieve excellence.
