Manager Capital Markets

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to join its Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Solutions (CMAAS) team in Zurich. The role provides financial advice, transaction execution, and accounting guidance to help clients optimise performance and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and deliver transaction projects such as IPOs, debt and equity offerings, and cross‑border deals.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, pro‑forma and carve‑out reporting under SIX and SEC regulations.
• Support accounting standard changes and GAAP conversion initiatives.
• Develop and expand client relationships, assisting with targeting and acquisition processes.
• Mentor and coach junior staff, sharing expertise across the team.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (Switzerland or another jurisdiction).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and/or Swiss GAAP FER.
• 4‑5 years of experience as an audit senior or manager.
• Proven project and client management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English plus German or French.
• Willingness to travel and work in an international network.
