Manager – Group Consolidation, Reporting & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a Manager to lead the Group Consolidation, Reporting and Accounting function for Scott Group. You will be responsible for delivering accurate consolidated financial statements, overseeing IFRS compliance, and supporting strategic finance initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage consolidation adjustments, inter‑company eliminations, foreign currency translation and IFRS‑specific accounting entries.
• Coordinate reporting packages from subsidiaries and reconcile inter‑company balances.
• Maintain and update Group accounting policies and monitor new IFRS standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the Group.
• Act as primary finance contact for external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX or equivalent controls.
• Drive standardisation of reporting processes and support finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA enhancements.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and training to subsidiary finance teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in group consolidation, financial reporting and IFRS compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional finance teams and manage complex audit processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
