Wealth Management Consultant with KYC/AML review experience

About the role

Capco is seeking a Wealth Management Consultant to join its Swiss team on a fixed‑term basis. The initial assignment involves delivering a large‑scale KYC/AML review and remediation programme for banking and wealth‑management clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in strategic transformation projects for Swiss banks and wealth‑management firms, focusing on regulatory and compliance topics.
• Perform client file reviews, quality checks and comprehensive KYC/AML analysis, driving remediation where required.
• Handle special and non‑standard cases, escalating complex issues to appropriate stakeholders.
• Support Capco’s marketing efforts in the Wealth & Asset Management and Risk & Compliance domains.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of compliance experience (client onboarding, review, investigation, controls) in banks, wealth managers or consulting firms.
• Experience reviewing KYC files in private banking, wealth management or corporate/institutional banking, including High‑Risk Client Review/Enhanced Due Diligence.
• Strong service orientation and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across advisory and compliance teams.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.
