Manager - Tax Consultant

About the role

You will join PwC's growing Tax & Legal practice in Switzerland, working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. As a Manager – Tax Consultant you will shape client relationships, lead complex tax projects and contribute to the practice’s expansion while developing your own leadership and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Swiss tax advisory and compliance engagements for a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying further opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
• Provide technical expertise on complex tax matters, including structuring and transaction support.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and successful outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
• Support business development activities and help expand the tax practice.

Required profile

• Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or an equivalent certification.
• Strong experience in tax consulting with solid technical expertise in Swiss tax matters.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality advisory services.
• Experience leading teams or managing complex project workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; German is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to contribute to a growing team environment.
