About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Market Developer Specialist to drive the adoption of renal denervation therapy across Switzerland. This remote position works closely with cardiologists, nephrologists, hypertension specialists and the sales team to expand therapy access.

Key responsibilities

Establish new therapy centres and develop patient pathways.
Identify and build networks of referring physicians.
Organise referral events and educational sessions.
Promote therapy access and coordinate actions with the sales team.
Collaborate with clinicians to advance the therapy in the Swiss market.

Required profile

3‑4 years experience in sales or project management.
Optional bachelor’s degree or higher.
Fluency in English and German; French and Italian are a plus.
