Marketing and Communications Lead

About the role

Fairpicture is looking for a Marketing and Communications Lead to turn its strong reputation into a growth engine for ethical visual storytelling. Based in Bern with a hybrid work model, you will drive B2B enterprise outreach while expanding to smaller teams and individual creators.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor industry news, trends and regulations (NGO communications, AI, image rights, GDPR, etc.) and translate them into timely, relevant content.
• Create and publish LinkedIn posts, newsletters, articles, case studies and event materials.
• Own and execute the LinkedIn strategy, email marketing and website content, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Brief, manage and quality‑control freelancers for copywriting, design and video production.
• Oversee SEO performance and collaborate with specialists when needed.
• Generate marketing‑qualified leads, track the full funnel from awareness to conversion, and build performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to content creation and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of the visual‑ethics ecosystem and ability to spot emerging topics quickly.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for B2B audiences.
• Experience managing freelancers and coordinating cross‑functional projects.
