Marketing & Communication Manager

About the role

As a member of Coface Switzerland’s high‑performance team, the Marketing & Communication Manager will own the development and execution of the Swiss marketing and external communication strategy. The role aligns with regional (WEAR) and Group priorities and drives business growth and transformation across product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Swiss Marketing and External Communication strategy, translating business objectives into actionable go‑to‑market plans.
• Design and deploy demand‑generation and lead‑generation programmes, collaborating closely with Sales to optimise CRM usage, conversion funnels and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities, providing strategic intelligence for product and commercial decisions.
• Manage end‑to‑end product and contract governance, including localisation of contractual documents in English, French and German.
• Oversee all marketing and communication activities across digital and offline channels, including website management, SEO optimisation and content localisation.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, product management and commercial enablement.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French or English and German; a third Swiss official language is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEA, digital acquisition and content marketing.
• Project management capabilities for cross‑functional initiatives.
