About the role

UBS is seeking ambitious recent graduates to join its 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Marketing, Design & Digital Sales (MDDS). The programme offers exposure to client‑focused marketing, design and digital sales activities within a global wealth‑management leader.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on strategic projects aimed at improving client experience and driving engagement.
• Learn the full MDDS offering in Switzerland and contribute to initiatives across the bank.
• Build an understanding of industry, culture and strategy while supporting client‑centric operations.
• Develop a professional network of mentors and business contacts.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders for deep business insight.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last 24 months with a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Maximum two years of full‑time work experience.
• Values of hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Motivated to work under high demands and tight deadlines.
• Can demonstrate responsible use of AI to improve outcomes.
• Minimum GPA of 4.5 on the Swiss grading scale.
• Genuine interest in data‑driven insights and digital tools for marketing and client engagement.
