Regional Events Field Marketing Lead – EMEA

About the role

Point One Navigation is looking for an EMEA Regional Events Field Marketing Lead to own the strategy, planning and execution of events that build brand presence and generate qualified pipeline across Europe. This hands‑on role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success to translate market insight into a high‑impact event calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Own the European event calendar, selecting conferences, trade shows and customer gatherings that drive pipeline and brand goals, and build business cases for each.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics including booth design, shipping, staffing, collateral, signage and on‑site coordination, while aligning with central brand and product teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development and Sales to ensure pre‑event outreach, lead capture and post‑event follow‑up, tracking pipeline, cost per lead and ROI.
• Strengthen Point One’s regional brand through local press, partner co‑marketing, roundtables and meet‑ups, adapting global messaging for European markets.

Required profile

• 7+ years in field/event marketing or demand generation, preferably in a high‑growth startup.
• Proven track record of running high‑impact events from planning through pipeline delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, ROI reporting and vendor negotiations independently.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent events across countries and time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe.
• Preferred experience in robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, drones or industrial automation; fluency in a second European language is a plus.
