Marketing Intern – Events & Experiences (January 2027)

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Marketing Intern for January 2027 to support its Events & Experiences Regional Team in the Fashion Swiss Markets region (Switzerland, Latin America and India). You will help orchestrate client experiences across segments and reinforce CHANEL's position as a luxury leader. The internship is full-time, in person in Geneva, starting 4 January 2027 for 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the Global team and local markets teams
• Target and analyse the impact of events and experiences before and after
• Events: support markets in organising facilities and event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment and promotional material
• Support markets on communication assets
• Consolidate post-event feedback to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Consolidate competitive monitoring reports and share insights
• Coordinate logistics for each experience with attention to detail and reactivity, including invitations, gifting and bookings

Required profile

• Student from a business school or university (master's level)
• First successful experience in the luxury sector or in events
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury
• Responsiveness, reliability, attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Fluent English; fluent French also required

Job conditions

• Internship agreement is mandatory
• The internship must be part of the study programme, required for the degree and validated by academic credits
• Full-time, 5 working days a week, Monday to Friday
