Marketing Intern – Switzerland & Austria (Full-time)

About the role

Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Zurich as a Marketing Intern supporting the launch and promotion of Kenzo and Givenchy Parfums across Switzerland and Austria. You will work closely with the Product Manager to execute trade and e‑trade marketing initiatives, gain insight into luxury retail, and develop hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan, aligning with retailer animation calendars.
• Create briefings, coordinate, and produce POS and website materials in collaboration with retailers and suppliers.
• Provide operational support for ad‑hoc events, masterclasses, and product launches.
• Build a monthly competitor deck with qualitative and quantitative data, and conduct store visits to gather market insights.
• Prepare training tools for retail teams, organise online and on‑site training sessions, and animate the e‑learning community.
• Ensure brand image consistency at points of sale, supervise new product listings, design planograms, and respond to merchandising requests.

Required profile

• Final year of a master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• First internship experience in Marketing or Retail, preferably within the luxury sector.
• Strong curiosity and passion for the beauty industry.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead projects autonomously.
• Rigorous, perseverant, creative, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic communication style.
