Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS (Swiss Market)

About the role

We are an innovative HR technology company seeking a Marketing Manager to drive B2B SaaS growth in the Swiss market. You will lead digital campaigns, create compelling content, and generate qualified leads to support our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for Switzerland.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, email, and SEO.
• Create articles, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with sales to generate qualified leads.
• Build partnerships with HR associations, universities, and industry events.
• Monitor performance and optimise ROI using analytics tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage online presence and strengthen brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, HRTech or technology.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, SEO and content marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a strong advantage.
