Marketing Manager Partner Markets Europe (m/f/d)

About the role

The Marketing Manager Partner Markets Europe will drive market analysis, digital communication and automation across European partner markets. You will shape the customer lifecycle, coordinate media planning and support trade‑fair activities while collaborating closely with Central Marketing and regional market managers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse country‑specific markets and target groups to identify trends and implement centrally developed marketing tools.
• Develop and execute local digital communication measures within the global Digital Strategy.
• Implement marketing automation and further develop the Customer Lifecycle Journey Management.
• Coordinate local media planning together with market managers and select suitable trade fairs.
• Design and deliver training for local staff and managers.
• Prepare reports, statistics and annual marketing budget planning in close coordination with the Partner Markets Europe Director.
• Oversee marketing projects with goal‑oriented project management and ensure best‑practice sharing across Partner Markets.
• Support the implementation of the Partner Regions strategy and maintain strong links with Central Marketing.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing of complex or explanatory products.
• Strong customer orientation and proactive, innovative mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and high affinity for social media management.
• Experience in sales, international environments and project management.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands‑on mentality and solid conceptual skills.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to engage at all organisational levels.
• Fluent English (German is a plus) and willingness to travel 30‑50 % across Europe.
