Marketing Manager – Zurich

About the role

City Pop is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead creative and strategic initiatives across guest and real‑estate investor audiences. Based in Zurich, you will shape the brand’s presence in more than five countries, driving awareness, engagement and community growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and customer loyalty across multiple markets.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand positioning across digital and offline channels.
• Manage City Pop’s social media channels, including content planning, publishing, community interaction and performance analysis.
• Produce compelling content for social media, newsletters, websites, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Plan and execute guest‑focused events, partnerships and brand activations.
• Build and nurture a vibrant guest community through innovative engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate PR activities, media relations and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor market trends and audience insights to continuously improve campaigns.
• Create investor‑focused communication materials and support investor events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality execution of projects.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing and communication.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns and social media presence.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
• Experience planning events, partnerships and community initiatives.
• Ability to work across several countries and adapt brand messaging to local markets.
