Marketing Operations Specialist (Associate/Senior)

About the role

PwC’s Marketing Operations team is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to coordinate and optimise marketing activities across the firm in Switzerland. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring campaigns, events and digital channels are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of marketing campaigns, client events, web and email initiatives.
• Orchestrate collaboration between business stakeholders, marketers, offshore delivery teams and Marketing Operations specialists.
• Drive adoption and continuous optimisation of Adobe Workfront and related marketing technology platforms.
• Enhance operational processes, workflows and governance to improve consistency and scalability.
• Develop reporting dashboards and operational metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the evolution of Marketing Operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with workflow and project‑management platforms, ideally Adobe Workfront.
• Strong understanding of marketing processes across events, email, web content, campaigns and thought‑leadership activities.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and collaborating with offshore or distributed delivery teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing reports, dashboards and operational metrics.
