Marketing Program Manager DACH – Machine Control

About the role

You will lead the marketing strategy for machine‑control solutions across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role combines deep knowledge of heavy construction with hands‑on dealer‑network marketing, turning technical advantages into compelling content that drives demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the DACH regional marketing strategy, aligning with global product strategy and revenue targets.
• Create and localise high‑impact content such as application stories, technical guides, product sheets, video scripts, social media assets, and sales tools.
• Translate complex technical features into clear customer value messaging for operators, site managers, fleet owners, and dealer sales reps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and dealer networks, gathering insights to shape co‑marketing campaigns and dealer enablement programmes.
• Collaborate with DACH sales teams, global product marketing, and European marketing colleagues to generate demand and support sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hands‑on marketing manager in the heavy construction or machine‑control market.
• Demonstrated ability to work with distributor networks and dealer channels.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a willingness to execute tactical activities.
• Passion for translating technical advantages into user‑focused value.
