Marketing ROI Insight Expert

About the role

As a Marketing ROI Insight Expert within Nestlé Global Marketing Analytics, you will transform advanced marketing effectiveness analytics into clear, actionable insights that help markets optimise media, trade and marketing investment. You will work closely with Group Marketing Analytics, technology teams, local marketing, media and consumer insight teams, and global finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Translate marketing mix modelling, statistics and analytics into compelling insights that shape strategic brand and investment decisions.
• Build insight stories, recommendations and business cases to improve marketing return on investment for local teams, zones and brand units.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with markets, zone marketing teams and global stakeholders to turn insights into action.
• Partner with the data science team to validate modelling outputs and identify opportunities to enhance capability.
• Drive adoption of global marketing effectiveness solutions across diverse business contexts.
• Develop learning content and practical guidance to support capability development.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in marketing analytics, marketing effectiveness and marketing mix modelling gained in an agency, advertiser or global business environment.
• Ability to apply knowledge of marketing, media, pricing and promotion models to turn complex analysis into practical business recommendations.
• Proficiency in creating insight‑led stories for senior stakeholders using advanced presentation, spreadsheet and business intelligence tools.
• Initiative, autonomy and flexibility in a fast‑moving environment, with ownership of high‑quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication in English and confidence presenting insights to senior audiences.
