Marketing Specialist – Norwegian Market

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive localized marketing initiatives for the Norwegian market within a fast‑growing international digital health SaaS company based in Switzerland. The role is hands‑on, focusing on campaigns, events, webinars and digital channels to increase product visibility and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Norwegian‑market marketing activities, including webinars, events, partnerships and field marketing.
• Support product visibility through localized campaigns and targeted communications.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of virtual and physical events, handling logistics, promotion and follow‑up.
• Maintain and optimise local web content such as landing pages, product pages and campaign assets.
• Produce clear customer and prospect communications for product launches, feature adoption and commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product, support and central marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Adapt global marketing programmes for the Norwegian audience.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology or healthcare.
• Strong project‑management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
• Experience in event management, webinars or field‑marketing execution.
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and strong English communication skills.
• Good understanding of digital‑marketing fundamentals such as web content and email campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑driven, capable of operating independently while aligning with broader strategies.
