About the role

The Réseau de l’Arc, a major provider of local health care in the Jura Arc region, is seeking several family doctors to join its growing network of Medicentres and future medical structures. You will deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred primary care within an integrated, interdisciplinary system that emphasizes continuity and preventive health.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct general medicine consultations, including diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Perform complete health assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide longitudinal, preventive follow‑up for acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date medical records.
• Implement preventive measures such as screening, vaccination and health advice.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in the VIVA network.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with specialists.
• Contribute to the continuity and quality of care across the network.
• Engage in continuous professional development to maintain high medical expertise.

Required profile

• Medical degree in general or family medicine recognised in Switzerland or pending recognition (MEBEKO).
• Experience in ambulatory primary‑care practice.
• Interest in integrated, community‑based care models.
• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong relational skills and listening ability.
• Fluent French; German or Swiss‑German is an asset.
