Mobile Product Engineer – Flutter

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Product Engineer to shape an AI‑powered employee experience platform used by frontline workers in retail, manufacturing and logistics. The role focuses on building high‑performance, user‑centric mobile experiences with Flutter.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end mobile features in a Flutter‑based application.
• Own core mobile domains such as UI/UX implementation, interaction design, performance optimisation and accessibility.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with backend and web teams to deliver full‑stack features.
• Apply modern engineering practices: API‑first design, code reviews, automated testing and structured release workflows.
• Instrument and analyse product usage to iterate based on data‑driven insights.
• Participate in agile development cycles with product managers, designers and engineers.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity and support end‑to‑end ownership.
• Contribute to technical discussions and support experimentation and prototyping.

Required profile

• Proven experience in mobile development with strong hands‑on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of widget architecture, state management and mobile performance optimisation.
• Experience working in agile SaaS product environments with iterative delivery.
• Cross‑stack mindset and willingness to contribute to backend or web work when needed.
• Familiarity or openness to AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong product thinking and focus on user impact.
