Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager

About the role

IonQ is seeking a Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager and MRP/ERP Specialist to lead production planning and material availability across its international manufacturing sites. The role sits within the Quantum Networking & Security Operations Team and reports to the Senior Operations Director.

Key responsibilities

• Validate sales forecasts, translate demand into capacity and material plans, and lead SIOP reviews to identify gaps and mitigation scenarios.
• Coordinate with Procurement to manage supplier lead times, risks, and inventory targets, balancing service levels with working capital.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of planners and warehouse specialists, establishing common processes and standards across sites.
• Act as the MRP/ERP subject‑matter expert, drive system improvements, and lead UAT for planning‑related changes.
• Prepare monthly production and delivery forecasts for Finance, support budget variance analysis, and oversee annual physical inventory counts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, preferably electronics.
• 3+ years of people‑management experience in a multi‑site environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Deep hands‑on expertise with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of finance and costing concepts (standard costing, inventory valuation, working capital).
