.NET Software Engineer (80-100%) – Bern

About the role

We are a fast‑growing GreenTech start‑up looking for an experienced .NET Software Engineer to help build cloud‑native platforms that enable organisations to reduce their carbon footprint. The role is based in Bern with flexible remote‑working options and offers the chance to work across the full stack while influencing architectural decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET‑based services and web applications using C#.NET 9 and ASP.NET Core.
• Implement modern UI components with Blazor, React and Angular.
• Build and optimise data access layers with Entity Framework Core and SQL Server 2022.
• Deploy and manage containerised workloads on Azure and AWS using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and monitoring.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a .NET developer in a cloud‑focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a passion for sustainability.
